Desktop Prezi Error Message -Won't Open!!

Yesterday I downloaded the prezi desktop and started working on it. Today earlier, when I tried to open it it show error message (prezi can't open) and now the whole prezi desktop is not opening. Under install, i repaired the program so now i can open the prezi desktop but the file still won't open it still shows an error message. Also I noticed that icon for the project is different for the one that I can open and the other which I can't. Please help. Thank you
