Refund request for the auto charge

Hi,

I just ended the trial on 12/2/2013 and I did not wish to continue. My account was automatically charged $159. I thought I should have received a notice email 5 days before the trial expired but I did not. Could you refund the amount of the auto payment and let me know when I will receive the refund?
