poor subscribtion

First, your support website is totally unhelpful. When I was trying to find section for subscribtion support I could not find it so I am writing in here.
Secondly, my questions include two accounts which I will delete right away - so i AM PROVIDING EMAIL ADDRESS FOR YOUR RESPONSE - k_woj@yahoo.com.
I was in posses of two accounts - katarzyna.wojtowicz@baruchmail.cuny.edu and k_woj@yahoo.com which I have not used for a while. When I needed to create a new Prezi - I was asked for upgrade and to pay 59$ which I did, to see next that I was still not able to fully use Prezi. Then I paid next 59 $ for access to second account, where , again, I have been informed that first the transcation did not go thru, and next, when it did, and you charged me again 59 dollars I was still not bale to use Prezi as the upgarde claimed.
I am DELETING all of my accounts because I do not wat to have anything in common with you guys, and second, I am requestion to reimburss all two amounts for unjustified and unfairly charge for something I was not able to use. Also I need to have an answer within 24 h about this matter, otherwise I will forward this to my bank manager to dispute those amounts as well as I will create a claim for higher department in Prezi company. If you want to charge for something - first make sure you are able to rpovide claimed service.
