Large Frame Covering Prezi - "Can Not Zoom Out More"

I was adding a frame or text (I really can't remember at this point) and something glitched and blew the frame up to the largest it could get. I can access my Prezi, but it's zoomed way in and it's gray now because of the frame/text that's layered on top of it. If I click on the "Home" button on the right or the canvas on the left, it zooms all the way out until it reads: "Can Not Zoom Out More." I've tried the following:

Right-Click Menu:
1) Send to back
2) Remove Frame Without Deleting Content
3) Zoom to Frame

Shift + Left Click to delete frame

Nothing works. I've gotten just about every error message:
-Your last action could not be performed
-The content is too big or too small
-Some object exceed the zoom limits
