Not Receiving Edu Account Link via Email

I have yet to receive my Prezi Edu account link. I have tried twice and received nothing while other students have received theirs.

I attend Fanshawe College's Business Marketing Program in London, ON Canada. I currently have a free Prezi account under my college email address e_sherbanow@fanshaweonline.ca and would like the Edu upgrade.
