Trying to sign up for a prezi education account - no confirmation e-mail

I've tried to upgrade my account to an education account using my .edu e-mail address but after 6 attempts using 2 different browsers, and having checked my spam/junk folders, I still haven't received a confirmation e-mail.

I see from the boards this has happened to quite a few people.

Can anyone help or should I just stick with Powerpoint/Pages?
