Unauthorized Credit Card Charge - Please refund!!!
Over a year ago I needed to do a project for a class. I signed up and was offered a 30 day trial for free. I accepted the trial and after finishing the project forgot about it. 30 days later I was shocked to be billed $159 on my debit card. I made my account into a "Public Access Subscription" THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE or at least thats what it said. I was quite aggravated when I could not get a refund and was stuck with a basic subscription and a loss of $159. Yesterday I was billed another $159, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??? I canceled my pro subscription a year ago!!! I already lost $159 last year for something I did not want and never used. Now I can't get in touch with a representative and I cant access the pro ask a question. Let me be very clear... I think its very stupid idea to not bill on a monthly basis, and to bill instead ONLY ON A YEARLY BASIS. I am not loosing another $159. This is the second time your company has billed me without notice and after going to a basic subscription. I would appreciate it if you would refund the money to my debit card.
ps. The number on the credit card charge is incorrect, and goes to another company completely.
