Why are my images not loading after re-opening my prezi? Please help.

Yesterday the images were loaded successfully and save the file. I opened it a few times yesterday without any issues. However today I got an error message (Your image or video could not be loaded) when I opened the file.

Technical details:
id: 2000 the reason is: PreziError id: 2000 the reason is: ErrorEvent ioError Error #2035

Please Help.
