Personal Account -- Refund

Please reply urgently!!! I don't have enough money to pay for this and I didn't realize my trial ended yesterday and I have now been charged. I was trying out prezi. I would really like to buy this application and put to use, but this has come out of my personal account and I can't afford it!! Can I have a refund please and I'll close my account now as we will be looking to make a new license soon through my work.
