Error making payment using Paypal

I've had a Prezi educational (I'm a teacher) account for a year. My payment card has changed and I've just tried to pay using Paypal but Prezi won't let me and it blames my internet connection. Please could you advise?

I'm also not liking the new Prezi app. I've got used to designing my Prezis on my Mac, saving on memory stick and then presenting using my work PC. The whole 'sync with Prezi online' makes the whole process incredibly infuriating and were it not for the fact that PowerPoint were my only alternative I would not be renewing my Prezi subscription.
