Prezi doesn't recognize typing in Japanese.

I just signed up for Prezi for class and will have much use for it when I tutor Japanese students, however when editing the text on a prezi template, it does not recognize Japanese--it will not show up, however English text does.

I use a Mac and switch between my languages with command+j, as well as use a Firefox internet browser. I would appreciate any help with this. Thank you!
