I want REFUND

I've cancelled my subscription within the first 30 days and PREZI still charged my credit card with annual fee. Can I get my money back because I never used this service and do not want to use it in the future??? I tried to submit a new request but I couldn't do it because I've deleted my account?

Can someone help me with this because I do not want to pay any service or product that I never use!
