Lost Prezi on Mac application, still have .XML file - how can I recover my work?

The prezi application on my mac crashed and I lost days of work. The prezi had been saving continuously and I have located the folder containing the content.xml file and all the images in the prezi

How can I recover my work? Presentation due this week, help please!
