Just signed onto the trial for the Prezi & downloaded. I believe we're trying the 'profesional' edition. Anyhow, when I open the Prezi dashboard and attempt to login, a red banner appears 'Failed to download necessary information.' I have unistalled and redownloaded the program numberous times with no avail.
