I was charged $159 for my free month which I cancelled on April 24th before the trial period expired. I just tried logging in, and it doesn't have my e-mail address associated. I had to login using Facebook, and when I try to delete my entire account, it says I should expect an e-mail to confirm that NEVER comes. There is no way to contact anyone about getting a refund on this month that I never even used, and that I cancelled. I am very upset. There are teams at my organization that have been flirting with the idea of implementing Prezi and I would strongly discourage this to them if this isn't resolved. Not having customer support is very disappointing. it took me over a half hour to find this page, find the ability to login with facebook separately to this page, and post this article.
