Unable to create new prezi

Dear Support,

I'm a prezi user since the beginning. Currently I have a serious issue blocking my work. Every time I try to create a new prezi I got a blank page with the following error message:
"We were unable to create your prezi, sorry. Please go to your page and try again."
It was ok yesterday, since than nothing serious thing happened.
I've tried using the newest chrome and firefox browsers. Purged the cache and cookies also.
The funny thing is that I can edit the existing prezis without any problem.
