Sync failure! Help!
OS - Windows 7
Prezi - Desktop application
Connection - Directly to router (not over wifi)
Firewall - no local firewall, just DD-WRT router firewall (have not had issues in the past uploading to prezi.com)
I have been editing a Prezi through a "Sync with Prezi.com" folder within the desktop application. Every so often when I am done editing the Prezi (and save it), I close down and the application tried to upload the changes online but it hangs, and hangs, and hangs.
I ended up leaving it for 2+ hrs. Didn't upload. So now I'm stuck. Logged out, logged back in, the "Sync with Prezi.com" folder still has the old one it it, and now when I try to edit it hangs as well (won't open). Others open just fine.
So my question is, when you edit an online Prezi locally on your desktop it has to download a copy (and you manipulate that copy locally). I assume it stores it in a temp file somewhere before uploading back to Prezi.com. Can I recover this file somewhere? Or are all my changes lost? If I can recover it, does anyone know where it was stored? Thanks!
