Can't start to use Prezi Desktop

I just bought and downloaded Prezi Pro, Version 5.2.3.  to my PC. When I start Prezi Desktop I always get a message that e-mail or passwort is incorrect. Although I checked them I can't fix that problem. Could you please help me. Thanks. (I use Win.8)
