You weren't able to help me on my last thread, let's see if you can help me now.
You upgraded your player yet the video files are not playing the same. I have a multimedia rich presentation but instead of playing full screen videos I set up bullet points beside a video clip and group them so I may reference key points while motion video is playing. The difference is full screen videos play automatically but, the way I have it set up (Side-by-side / info & vid) I need to scroll my mouse on top of the video then a watermarked play button shows up on the bottom left corner of the vid screen and I simply press play and off I go with my side-by-side facilitation.
Now that you up graded your player that feature is gone! A big grey play button is there and when you click it it goes full screen, something I don't want it to do. This has added a lot of extended time to my presentation and it also looks terrible.
I have this link sent out to thousands of clients and many sales staff globally who are used to one facilitating format.
Obviously an oversight from someone on your end who assured us "It won't affect anything" - and that's fine, I'm sure it was unintentional, but now you need to intentionally fix it!
Please get some one on this and fix it and please don't respond by saying just click old version. This needs to be fixed and I'm hoping it can be fixed fast.
