Hello, I wanted to try the free trial for a presentation I was doing. I never ended up using that presentation, and forgot about the account. I am now facing fees from PREZI that amount to $60 dollars for a service I didn't even use. I tried to cancel my account to see if that would revert the fees, but it did not. Now, since I cancelled my account I am unable to talk to anyone in customer support. I am a broke college student that works more than 6 hours to make the amount of money it would take me to pay that fee. If it possible to connect me to someone to inquire about a refund I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you!
