I canceled my account while my subscription hasn't been approved via my credit card. How can I block the transaction?

Hi Prezi Team !

I'm a student at university and I tried your software for a presentation at a congress. It was great since I was on the 30 days trial, and I knew I would have the free version afterward since I'm a student.

The thing is, I thought you guys would notify me that my trial would me over. I just checked my credit card statement and there's an annual fee from you guys of 178$ (which I cannot pay, being broke from all my college tuition). I panicked, tried without success to downgrade my account to Prezi EDU enjoy. So I panicked again, and ended up cancelling my account and call my credit card company. They just told me that I have to contact you to have a refund. I would have LOVE to hear your voice, but you don't have any phone lines ! :(

It would be super awesome if you could refund that fee, since I still have 6 more of studying and honestly, your software is the best and it would be a shame that you charge me even though I cancelled my account. 

You must know that I'm the first student to use Prezi in our Nursing departement, and showed it to all the staff and they were so impressed! I think you will have a lot of new clients ;)
