shockwave crush not allwoing me to edit my Prezi

I'm working on a Prezi for a few weeks now but all of a sudden i can't open it how hard i try, even when i downloaded the PC version. 

I use chrome and it keeps on giving me "shockwave plugin stopped working" error.
