I cancelled my subscription after only using it for 10 days, which falls within the free 30-day trial. Yet, several days ago, I saw charges for $59.99 on my credit card statement... and I cannot "contact Prezi" through their support page because I am not a "paying customer"? There is no phone number listed on the site and no other way listed to contact them besides through this forum here. This is ridiculous and these charges are fraudulent. I expect to hear back from this company immediately regarding these charges. I am very displeased and find this to be absolutely unacceptable.
