How to cancel a subscription and return my money?

Dear Prezi! Tell me please, how can I cancel my subscription and how can I return my money ($159) that you have withdrew from my credit card? You have withdrew money, but I can`t even see my presentations, actually I can do nothing in Prezi now!
Please, help me.
