Our company has been billed for Prezi Pro for the past few years and we haven't used Prezi since 2012. We were under the impression that we only had Prezi Public. We just were billed again a few days ago and don't plan to use Prezi any time soon. I want to cancel our account and see about a possible refund however the "Submit a new private help request here" link only takes you to a support page with nowhere to submit a request even when logged in to our account. I need help on contacting someone at Prezi directly.
