Collaborating offline in corporate network

I've got users working on a Prezi presentation offline and they are trying to collorate by sharing the pez files back and forth. Which leads to confusion and lost data or Prezi not saving changes. We can't use cloud services due to policy and privacy reasons.

Is there a way to establish a local cloud or have it work from a communal data store?


Anyone have any success using symbolic links in the prezi work space folder to a network share?
