I have been wrongfully charged on a credit card that I have not used with Prezi for years, and submitted 2 x help requests so far, with no replies from customer service. The current credit card I am using with Prezi is a MasterCard ending in "1465"; in fact, I recently upgraded my account using this card. Can a Prezi representative kindly get in touch with me promptly please?
