Prezi not being deleted. Please help!

Hello, I previously created a Prezi for a report in the past, and as a back-up, had my colleagues copy it. However, given that the report has quite touchy information, we opted to take it down soon after. Right now though, we noticed that not all copies have been deleted because one in particular seems to be extra stubborn. Could the Prezi team do anything about it and delete the last copy for us? Thank you!
