Suddenly (after using Prezi for a couple of years) I can't edit any of them without getting the "too big too small message". None of the fixes suggested by other users work because I can't even re-size content! I want to up grade to get the "premium service" (whatever that is - the site is VERY vague) - I have submitted the "verify educational email address" form twice but am not getting an email back from Prezi to continue the upgrade process. My work is now imprisoned in the Prezi program and I have classes tomorrow!!!! Prezi, please help!
