new password please!!!

I have been locked out of my account (hnicholls@blpmail.org.uk) and the new password does not appear to have been sent or is unable to get past the firewall of my address (I have checked junkmail and I do not have the right authority to change any settings). All my lesson plans for this year are on Prezzi and School starts in a couple of days time  :(
