Prezi.com has an infinite loop of no information.

To here: https://prezi.com/support/ which says to click on "Submit new help request" that does not exist. When you search for a "Submit new help request" it takes you to a button that says "Submit new help request".
That button takes you here: "https://prezi.com/support/ticket/?source=search-298-submit new help" which starts all over again.
I cancelled and deleted my account on September 5th. They still charged me and now I cannot get my money back. I have filed with the BBB which Prezi.com does not care about. Their response to this post is going to be either deleting it or a post like the one I see everywhere else:

Where they will say to go to the first link in this post and begin the infinite cycle of nonsense.
