Unable to subscribe

I have tried numerous times to pay for an upgrade. Once everything has been completed (credit card info) I always get the same page asking for credit info, no error message, no confirmation. A bit frustrating as all info has been correctly entered. For some reason the page always resets.

I wanted to subscribe to a Pro account, enabling me to work offline...
