I tried to upload some videos to my Prezi presentation. I managed to do so for the majority but I have an error message for some others : Technical details: id: 2110 the reason is: Event [Event type="stateChange" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2]. I converted these videos in different files : .mov, .mp4, .wmv and even .avi, but it did not work. These videos run on my computer so I do not think the files are corrupted. Please can you help me with that issue ?
