PowerPoint import issue with background colour

Hi Guys
I am having an issue with imported Powerpoint slides picking up the Prezi set background colour and not preserving the colour set in PowerPoint.
Can you tell me how to correct this please? The Prezi has a blue background, but the PowerPoint slides should be white.
