REFUND

Hi,

I recently downloaded what i thought to be a trial version of Prezi. I used the program once just to inform myself how it works. I never got an email reminding me that the trial was about to end or that you will bill my card after that 30 day period.

I thought that the program simply expires and i cannot use it anymore.

I WAS NEVER REMINDED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT IF I DONT WANT TO PAY.

I find your way of doing things very misleading and i know you do it this way only to rip off people.

I need to know WHEN I am going to receive a refund?

I have already made my subscription public.
