Different email address; forgotten password; not able to log in

I registered when I was an undergraduate student. Now I am a graduate student and I have changed email address. My old email address doesn't exists anymore. To make matters worse, I have forgotten my password.

However, I would like to login or cancel my previous account (so I can set up a new account). I have had an educational account, but it has been dormant for I while. I don't know if I have saved any prezi's; I wasn't a heavy user at the time.

Who should I contact since prezi doesn't offer email support?
