How do I receive my Confirmation E-mail?

I'm trying to register for an Educational license for prezi, however it does not send me the confirmation e-mail. The E-mail service is working (as verified by receiving other e-mails) and it's not my browser or security settings. I've tried registering on chrome/firefox/internet explorer but the conformation e-mail refuses to come. Is there someone I can talk to help me? I've tried support but it's only for REGISTERED users.... I'm trying to do that, so I can't use it.
