Saving won't stop loading

I am having this problem too, It won't save to exit, and now I've got a glitch with a text box that won't go away and is stuffing up the rest of my formatting. 

Exactly the same as above, internet is fine, just not saving, exiting, or getting rid of this text box. 

I really don't want to lose my work, what do I do?!?!
