I created a Prezi account when I was in school that allowed me to make them public or private. At the time, I left them public so my class could see them. I now want them private but it can't find my email. I am very confused. My first and last name are still attached to the Prezi. Please help. I made this account under the same information and it let me. Does that mean my original account was deleted and that is why i am having this problem?
