My name is Esther Garza. I am cannot log-in to Prezi. I have tried several times and thought my password may need to be changed but when I tried resetting it, it continued to have "unknown email" on the screen. I am trying to log-in with emgarza89@yahoo.com. I have also tried logging in with an email that I may have used (but don't think I would have used this because I now use the other one), which is estherpadilla89@yahoo.com, but that did not work either.
