I have an issue with the way Prezi is upgrading our teacher accounts. We applied and received Pro upgrades from the ConnectED promotion, but our teachers are not seeing the upgrade in storage. This is a consistent issue seen with teachers adding the promo code, seeing the ConnectED license details but then not seeing the storage upgrade.
