school account for education plans problem

Hello to whomever it may concern,

I recently have tried to make an account with the educational plan. Unfortunately, I have tried to make an account like 10 times now because the confirmation email will just not come. My school email is s6399@stu.mps-al.org. My school website is http://www.brewtech.mps-al.org/. If anyone is able to help me please respond ASAP because I need to finish an assignment as a student for a school project.
