I upgraded to a Prezi Pro account on 28 Oct 2014.
I was informed that: "Your credit card has not been charged yet. If you decide to continue with Prezi, we'll automatically charge your card in advance of your next one year subscription. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will not be charged."
However, the amount was charged to my credit card. I have just cancelled the subscription. Will I receive a refund?
