Hello, I have a problem with renew my prezi account by Paypal. Especially when I choose method Paypal and agree with terms. Then I click on renew my licence, the new window tell me this :
"Payment Error
An error occurred during processing your request.
YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED.
An error occurred during processing your request."
