My students can't find my Prezis by typing my name into the "explore" bar anymore!

My students have always typed my name in to find my Prezis. Suddenly, it says there are "no results" for my name. However, I can log on to my account and see them all; they have not been changed. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?
