My "out of stage" elements in swf animation appears in prezi.

I have made an animation with flash that contains some elements overflowing the stage area in flash. I tested the animation in flash publish preview and works perfectly but on prezi's presentation the swf imported file insists to show all hidden contents. I'm using the prezi desktop.
My second problem is: my colored stage in flash shows transparent background in prezi when I import the swf file. What can I do?
