Unable to view prezi uploaded onto account

My prezi has uploaded to my account and said 100% success. However, it does not open when I click on it. It just sits there with a blank frame and the blue line on the lower frame which indicates uploading stops at around three fourths of the way. When I embed, it appears as an empty frame.
