Charge to Account after Reverting from Free Trial to Public Account.

Hello,
I was alerted that my free Prezi subscription would be expiring yesterday and since I had not heard from my Director on if they would reimburse for the presentation software cost, I went into the system numberous times yesterday to cancel my enjoy license and move back to a free license. I received three noticies that stated that my account had been changed to a free license although my account was still charged for the Enjoy license today. Equally as alarming is that my settings now show that I have a public license through 2014 when (if I cannot be reimbursed for this unnecessary Enjoy charge) means that I paid for nothing. Please advise. If there is any way to reverse this charge it would be greatly appreciated as I obviously cancelled the paying subscription yesterday. I can forward the emails showing this as well, if needed.

I also could not find a way to remove my credit card information from the site. Please advise on how I remove my credit card information as well so I can avoid future unwanted costs. Please contact me as soon as possible to get these issues resolved.
