I don't have access to the EduEnjoy email account anymore (changed schools) and forgot my password, but I need to log in again!

I need to get onto my prior Prezi account linked to my old school so I can access all my content. But, as I've changed schools, I no longer have access to my old email account. I tried to password reset, but I can't see what the new password is because I my old account DOES NOT EXIST.

I want to get onto my account and change it to my new email address.

Please help!
