Hi. I am working on creating prezis for a Driver's Education school. I was asked to provide the password for the account to another worker but could not remember it. I tried to reset the password (while still logged into the account) and Prezi said the changes were complete. I signed out to test it and now am locked out of the account and have not been receiving any reset emails. Please help. I would like to speak to someone over the phone if possible.
